The Cluj-based ERP software manufacturer Transart, regional leader in SFA – sales force automation systems through field agents with HERMES SFA & Retail Execution, ended 2023 with a turnover of 6.43 million euros, up 13% compared to the previous year. This is the third year in a row in which our growth also brings a change in the turnover prefix, with 2023 being the first year in which Transart exceeds the €6 million threshold in sales of software licenses and business services.

The first pillar on which Transart has grown in 2023 is revenues from the sale of its own products in the ERP/WMS/Retail + SFA/B2B/CRM range , software for SME digitalization and implementation, maintenance and upgrade services related to these products. The ecosystem of applications, modules, connectors developed by Transart on top of the ERP foundation (B-Org and Neomanager) has been consolidated in the last year, the developments being driven by the large number of legislative changes with which the Government and ANAF have kept the business environment’s fiscal agenda on the pulse during this period: SAF-T/D406, RO e-Transport, RO e-Invoice, RetuRO SGR, including consistent changes in the area of Payroll & D112.

In 2023 more than 400 businesses, classified by ANAF as medium and large taxpayers, traders, distributors and manufacturers have benefited from upgrades in the area of SAF-T, RO e-Factura and RO e-Transport.

Another 79 growing businesses have decided to become Transart partners by choosing one or more of the Transart applications: B-Org ERP/Neomanager, HERMES SFA/ B2B/ CRM/ OREX/ Retail Execution or Cortex DSiM. Another rewarding result is that the experience gained in the first two implementations of the IR solution, AI Shelf Recognition, integrated with HERMES Retail Execution, at clients such as Aqua Carpatica / Valvis Holding Distribution, respectively Kandia Dulce, allowed us to make significant progress with two other IR and shelf-side recognition projects, projects started in 2023 at two of our clients that have been using HERMES SFA & Retail Execution for a long time: Zarea and Bergenbier.

On the other hand, the HERMES OReX(Online Retail eXecution) platform, the solution for monitoring the presence on the main online sales channels, launched at the end of 2022, has reached a stage of maturity that has allowed us to develop several projects at multinational companies in industries such as dairy, beverages, nutrition, dermato-cosmetics, etc. OReX offers a simple and practical tool that allows control and monitoring of the details of the implementation of the sales strategy on the online channel.

The Cortex DSiM solution, which covers the needs of major manufacturers in their relationship with their main distributors, was chosen in 2023 by Ursus Breweries. This solution was extended with the Cortex for IKA module, which was also implemented by Zarea. The new Cortex for IKA module basically opens a new market for Cortex which can now be used for both automated collection of sell-out data directly from the distributors’ ERP and data from major retailers (IKA). Cortex DSiM is used by renowned manufacturers such as Mondelez, JDE, Heineken, Bergenbier, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Valvis, Tuborg, Zarea, Danone.
