Cluj-Napoca, February 5, 2025 – Transart, one of Romania’s leading business software providers, has recorded a turnover of EUR 7 million in 2024, marking an 8% increase year-on-year. The company maintains its leading position in Central and Eastern Europe in the Sales Force Automation (SFA) segment and continues to offer one of the most stable and comprehensive ERP solutions dedicated to SMEs in Romania.
The ERP/WMS/Retail/Retail/e-Shop + SFA/B2B/CRM solution ecosystem, entirely developed by Transart and its local partners, has been constantly strengthened and improved. In recent years, it has been adapted to meet the requirements generated by the digitalization of the ANAF, including implementations for SAF-T, RO e-Invoice, RO e-Transport and D112/Salary, but also for other regulations such as RetuRO SGR.
In 2024, Transart continued to invest in the development and optimization of products launched during the pandemic under the HERMES brand, designed to support sales on the main commercial channels through an omnichannel approach. These include HERMES IRIS (formerly HERMES AI Shelf Image Recognition) for automatic recognition of products on the shelf, HERMES OREx (Online Retail Execution), HERMES CRM for consultative sales and HERMES B2B aimed at distribution companies looking for a unified strategy applicable to both field agents and B2B online sales.
The company’s revenues came mainly from the sale of ERP software solutions, upgrades and related services. The B-ORG ERP and Neomanager solutions were preferred by new customers in trade and distribution, especially by expanding local businesses that need advanced inventory management and multiple management, including for production facilities.
Foreign markets contributed 26% of total turnover in 2024. The project with Julius Meinl made an important contribution to this growth, the high complexity of which also came from the simultaneous implementation of HERMES SFA for the subsidiaries in Italy, Croatia and Romania, each of which had significant specific requirements and particularities. Another relevant project on the external market was the expansion of Hermes Sales in the Balkans, in partnership with Dentstore/Dentotal, on the Greek and Bulgarian markets. Last but not least, the strategic partnership with Molson Coors in the 10 traditional markets of Central and Eastern Europe, a project that has been going on for more than 20 years, has of course played a central role in this growth.
For 2025, Transart aims to consolidate its leading position on the ERP and SFA market in Romania and of course to expand its international presence, mainly with solutions from the HERMES, Cortex and Business Intelligence projects.
“We are concerned with the modernization of our products and we are attentive to the evolution and trend coming from the AI area. Our investment in a niche area of Artificial Intelligence, that of product recognition based on IR (Image Recognition) photography in a pragmatic manner, is starting to bear fruit. The experience gained in training Machine Learning algorithms, packaging and integrating them into applications running on mobile devices (HERMES Retail Execution), has allowed us to gain the trust of our customers in these technologies. The fact that we were able to achieve high accuracy in recognizing products present on a shelf (>94%) and short execution times in running the application on the mobile phone, reinforces our confidence that we can remain highly competitive in providing top solutions in this market segment (IR Product Shelf Recognition in Retail Execution Software) and even expand regionally and internationally. We are grateful for the results achieved in 2024 by the Transart team. Our steady growth over the past few years demonstrates our commitment to innovation and our constant focus on increasing customer satisfaction. “said Marius IURIAN, Managing Partner Transart.
