We use the optimal stock ratio for the supply, so we now generate more accurate supply orders, allocating a significantly shorter time.

In the months that followed, we managed to increase the number of orders we could process daily with the same staff to over 1000 orders / day, while also having a much more accurate record of product stocks.
Today we manage to significantly automate and reduce the time allotted for several operations such as: generating and listing the documents needed to send orders, registering in Neomanager the payments made by customers by courier, eMag Marketplace or directly from the Teamshare platform.
Basically, activities that previously consumed us several days of work can be solved now in a few hours.
