I have been working here at Wooden Technic Prodimpex as IT manager for 9 years. Wooden Technic Prodimpex is more than 99% based on Transart programs. We started working with B-org, then with BI, the management team works a lot with BI. The agents started to work with tablets and the HERMES app. Among other things we are also working with the Notifications module and the Warehouse Manager program because we also work in the showroom with the bar readers and we take orders with those devices. We are very happy with the collaboration. I personally owe a lot to Transart and even more to the technical support. After being hired in about 2 weeks I was able to learn the program to a level that I was a go-to guy and pretty much all my coworkers would turn to me when they had a problem. That's how I was able to become a main man at Wooden Technic. Today pretty much all our activities are based on the Transart suite of programs. We owe a lot to Transart in our evolution. We wish to have a long collaboration in the future and to keep things running smoothly. The technical support is excellent, prompt and professional down to the last man. Whenever we had a problem, they responded very promptly and we were able to resolve any issues we had.
