Transart, a local business software provider from Romania, recorded a turnover of 7.15 million euros in 2025, solidifying its position among the top ERP providers with an ecosystem of proprietary solutions and applications developed in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Transart is also strengthening its regional leadership in the Sales Force Automation & Retail Execution segment with HERMES. The system differentiates itself through an advanced AI Shelf Image Recognition component—HERMES IRIS—focused on data collection, photo-based shelf product recognition, planogram compliance, and automated calculation of specific Retail Execution KPIs.

In 2025, Transart’s ERP software sales saw sustained growth, primarily across FMCG distribution and retail verticals (food, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning products), as well as in construction materials, tools and equipment, medical devices and supplies, and local bakery, meat, and dairy producers.

I would like to thank both the clients who chose Transart solutions and all my colleagues. We are pleased that more and more medium-to-large local businesses are choosing Transart’s ERP system along with at least two tightly integrated components such as WMS, SFA, B2B, CRM, BI, e-Shop, AWB, or EDI. This recognizes our ability to provide advanced optimizations for core business internal processes—sales, warehouse, invoicing, deliveries, finance, EDI integration, and online store synchronization—while offering stability and timely legislative compliance with ANAF reporting requirements,” stated Marius IURIAN, Managing Partner at Transart.

In 2025, the ERP system received several updates for SAF-T, RO e-Factura, RO e-Transport, D112, and RetuRO SGR, alongside improvements, expansions, and stabilization in WMS (warehouse), AWB, Retail store management, and EDI integration.

Among the businesses that chose at least one Transart solution in 2025 to digitize and optimize essential business processes are: Tchibo Brands, Fuchs Condimente RO, Hell Energy, Betty Ice Distributie, Agropan Impex, Elboris Com, Metalcom, Great Ortho, Brutangerie, Foisor Distributie, Higimag Tex, Sander Kanat, Splendid Service, Tepaso Impex, Gradina Sanatatii, Seleron, Faunus Plant, and many others.

The HERMES Ecosystem: Diversified Support for Sales Growth

Originally created to support field teams, the HERMES range of applications is available on both mobile devices and Windows PCs for back-office components. The ecosystem has diversified to offer consistent support for sales growth across major channels:

  • HERMES IRIS & Retail Execution: Monitoring trade marketing campaign execution across major retailers—IKA (MT), TT, and HORECA.
  • HERMES Sales Force Automation (SFA): For sales through traditional trade (TT)—local/convenience stores—and HORECA.
  • HERMES OREx (Digital Shelf Analytics): For data collection, monitoring, and optimizing brand visibility and positioning in online stores, directly impacting sales through e-retailers and online marketplaces.
  • HERMES B2B: For 24/7 direct online sales.
  • HERMES CRM: For consultative sales.

Regarding HERMES IRIS (formerly HERMES AI Shelf Image Recognition), 2025 marked a successful rollout in the beverage segment at Bergenbier for the entire field team, as well as new clients who completed or started IRIS implementation: Agropan Impex (bakery), Tchibo Brands (coffee), and Fuchs (spices).

The Cortex Demand Signal Management (DSiM) system—designed for market demand monitoring, sell-out control, and improving manufacturer-distributor relationships—was chosen by two new clients: Hell Energy and Prodal 94 (Stalinkaya). Expanded with Cortex for IKA, Cortex DSiM remains the preferred solution for producers such as Bergenbier, Mondelez, JDE, Heineken, Pepsi, Aqua Carpatica, Tuborg, Zarea, Danone, and Ursus. CORTEX is the market leader in Romania in this segment, with over 350 integrated distributors and retailers.

The international market contributed 26% to the total turnover in 2025, with a significant share coming from project expansions for clients such as Molson Coors, Julius Meinl, Mondelez, Nordic Pharma, and DSM Italy.
