My experience with Transart on the subject of SAF-T can be summarized as follows: I discussed with the consulting team who explained what was next. I went back home, did my homework, cleaned up third parties, balances, units of measurement, etc. I made the corrections and then I really had no problems with submitting the SAF-T declaration on the ANAF website. I had no problems with RO e-Factura either. I think the way in which SAF-T has been implemented in B-ORG is fine. And it is easy to use. We have a lot of data, 4 warehouses and it goes quickly: in 10-15 minutes maximum the SAF-T is generated. The data preparation time however depends on how clean and complete the data is in the system. The important thing is not to leave the cleaning and filling in of missing data to the last moment: run the declaration in advance and correct at source the data for errors that occur.
In terms of our experience with SAF-T, as implemented by Transart in the ERP, as well as with RO e-Factura I am really impressed: I can say that for both modules, apart from the fine-tuning at the beginning, we had no filing errors. The adjustments consisted in updating customs codes, units of measure, third parties, postal codes, issues that I solved quickly in 1-2 days maximum. The generation of the SAF-T declaration runs relatively quickly: in the current version, for a large database like the one we have at Pro Soft, it takes 3-4 minutes, 5 minutes maximum. As for RO e-Factura, here we have actually managed to automate the process using the same electronic signature for the whole group of companies.

The Transart ERP system has helped us increase our efficiency in several areas of activity. The internal processes of receiving goods from the supplier and the delivery of goods to our customers have been optimized by shortening the time allocated for these activities by over 40% in both cases. We use the optimal stock ratio for the supply, so we now generate more accurate supply orders, allocating a significantly shorter time.
Before implementing the B-Org solution, we had a system that sent data from the 6 work points to headquarters every day, at the end of the day. The data was lost on the way and we had a special employee, who sat and checked them, to find out the information that was lost. We kept the stocks in Excel, separately for each location, and it was very difficult to get a report about a customer.
We chose the B-Org ERP solution from Transart because we wanted an integrated system that would give us the correct data quickly. All my colleagues say that the application is simple to use, and I like that it gives information quickly and has no errors.
I use the reports section, which keeps data regarding payments, sales, products by categories, sales by areas, comparative information by month and year, data on uncollected bills, but also other reports related to stocks.
I really like B-Org ERP because it's stable, it's error-free, I really can't fault it. After 9 years of using it, we've got to make full use of the functionalities. Even though our database and the amount of work we do is large, we have never had any problems. The support received from the consulting team has always been ok. On the administration side I appreciate: the possibility to customize invoices, automatic update of stations after installing a new version of the ERP application on the server, configuration of user rights, etc. I like the reporting system because it helps me to easily track stocks, receipts, prices, receipts and ... I even create many customized reports. The fact that I can send bids even if I don't currently have the product in stock, that merchandise can leave with just the notice, that I can easily modify existing bids/proformas if the situation calls for it, are just some of the additional features that help me and that I really appreciate.

For us, EDI was an eliminatory criterion when we chose Transart ERP. A large part of Gecsat's sales is done by large retailers (IKA) in construction and DIY materials: Dedeman, Leroy Merlin, Hornbach ... The implementation of EDI lasted about a week, and the impact of EDI automation is significant on the operational side. The Transart ERP system is an efficient and correct product, which gives us security on the operational record side. It helps us a lot in sales and stocks, but most of all we appreciate the reliability and stability it offers us. We have been using it for many years and I can say that everything is ok, from the many standard reports that the application has, to the inventory and production management area. At the same time, being a multi-company application, it helps us manage the situation of several companies in our group, from a single place.
