Transart ERP - new release Transart announces the availability of the newest release for its ERP applications – B-ORG and Neomanager. After more than three months of extensive tests, done with a group customers, the new installation kit is available on the customer support site. The main improvements include: functional enhancements and expansions of the supply circuits, a new interface for Retail POS, the new module – Cost Centre closely integrated with the other modules, as well as updates on legislation, harmonization with European standards and assimilation of the latest version of the Microsoft SQL Server database engine.

Here is the short list of major improvements included in this release:

  • Accounting: change the chart of accounts in accordance with Order 1802/2014, adjustments relating to VAT regimes acquisitions, updates and additions to the statements D390 (new arrangements for VAT) and D394 (reverse charge);
  • A new Cost Centre module: defining hierarchy, mapping and allocation rules, defining keys / values for allocating costs, integration modules management, accounting, accounting notes generation, specific reports; QlikView interface update / BI Adviser;
  • Restructuring supply circuits (flexible registration documents, multicurrency, VAT flexible arrangements to purchase, treatment expenses related to acquisitions of products, multi invoice receptions, treatment differences at the reception range, multiple returns from the supplier etc);
  • New enhanced interface for Retail using POS terminals with touch screen;
  • -Interface parameters for online scales and uptake following types of scales: Digi DS-160, DS-162 Digi, Digi DS-782, ECR-CAS, Dibal VD-310, Mettler Toledo IND231 / IND236 and Bizerba scales with original webservice;
  • Payroll: D112 update, contract laborers, income from rent etc
  • Update interfacing Warehouse Manager – component that it benefits a number of improvements, especially with addressing not only the meat industry (guide entries, management scazaminte delivery, integration scales online or flexible working with batch number).
